S830 LCD Display has multiple functions serving as a trip computer as 
well as controlling the whole ebike system after the conversion.
– This 
display lets the rider choose the assist level they desire if PAS is 
installed.
– It shows remaining battery, current speed, average speed, 
maximum speed, total and single trip distances.
– Wheel size can be
changed for different applications.

GENERAL
– Please don’t assume. Ask before you bid/buy.
– We are a Square Trade member & you may purchase an additional warranty thru them.
– If you have negative feedback please email us before bidding or your bid will be cancelled.
– Winning bidder assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase of the product.
– We guarantee that this item will arrive exactly as described in this auction.
– All sales are final unless it is a warranty issue.
– Buyer will be charged 20% restocking fee for any returned item unless it is a warranty issue.
– We reserve the right to repair or replace the same item or refund the purchase efecc at our discretion.
– At our option, we substitute/refund damaged or lost product at the time the insurance claim is paid.
– All Items must be returned with all original contents and components with prior authorization.
– Return shipping shall be the responsibility of the buyer. We pay shipping to send replacement back.

In case of damaged parcel:
* Carrier might damage items during shipping.
* Please inspect the package well before accepting the shipment from the carrier.
* If you notice any damage to the box or the shipment, please don’t accept the parcel.
* To report a damage parcel, please contact us.
* We will follow up and file a “damage claim” with the carrier.
* All shipping, packaging materials and boxes must be saved.
* Carriers will pickup the damaged item for inspection.
* Failure to provide everything necessary for us to file a damaged claim will void your warranty.
* We can’t file a damage claim if you accept the shipment.
* Therefore, we are not liable for any damage if the shipment is accepted and we were not contacted within the time limit.
PAYMENTS
– We accept PayPal and only ship to a confirmed address.
– We accept E-Check through PayPal, Will ship after checks clears.
– Checkout is expected within 3 days of auction close and payment within 4 days.
– Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after 4 days.
SHIPPING
– All orders are processed within 24 hrs of receipt of payment. Will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
– The tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail when items are shipped.
– Local pick up is available. Please email for arrangements.
– International Buyers are responsible for duties of their countries.
– International buyers: If you use USPS please be informed that USPS has neither tracking nor insurance for your packages outside of USA. We will not be held responsible of your package if anything wrong happened with the packages outside of USA.

– Any problem has to be reported within seven days of receive.
– No refund on shipping charges.
– We will accept returns for items that were posted with incorrect information and/or wrong item shipped.
